responsibilities:
- Perform visual, quantity, and dimensional inspections of incoming materials such as machined components, wire reels, and connector shells while verifying supplier Certificates of Conformance (CoC).
- Conduct meticulous final inspections of finished, in-house manufactured products, including soldered cable assemblies, molded parts, and assembled connectors against detailed prints and schematics.
- Set up and execute critical electrical testing using calibrated tools such as HIPOT testers, megohmmeters (Megger), and multimeters to verify component performance.
- Identify, document, and segregate any defective or nonconforming materials to prevent them from entering production, maintaining strict compliance with established quality guidelines.
