In this role you will support an exceptional team of engineers and consultants as they work to complete major utility and industrial construction projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and an associates degree.

responsibilities:
- Manage VP calendar logistics, complex travel, expense reports, and high-profile catering/meeting coordination.
- Track client project change orders, assist with business plan assembly, and monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Direct office resource allocation, space assignments, and establish standard operating procedures for the department.
- Facilitate cross-team communications, track project benchmarks, and compile monthly progress reports and executive presentations.
- Oversee departmental training compliance, resolve operational issues, and provide cross-training and performance feedback to junior support staff.
