Contract Details
- Pay Rate: $40.00 - $42.85 / hour (W2)
- Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential for extension)
- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Must-haves:
- Direct experience with data cleansing, validation, or system migration projects.
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience analyzing large data sets.
- Demonstrated skill writing scripts or queries to automate data transformation.
- Sharp analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Background working in regulated environments like medical devices or pharmaceuticals (understanding of cGMP, cGDP, or 21 CFR Part 11).

Responsibilities
- Cleanse & Standardize Data: Analyze legacy PLM data to resolve duplicates, standardize naming conventions, and apply data quality rules.
- Map & Prepare for Migration: Prepare legacy data sets, support source-to-target mapping, and actively participate in migration rehearsals and cutover planning.
- Automate Data Workflows: Build and execute scripts, queries, and transformation routines to streamline data conversion and reduce manual effort.
- Validate & Troubleshoot: Perform pre- and post-migration data reconciliations, investigate system discrepancies, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document & Support: Maintain accurate data logs, track project risks, and provide post-launch stabilization support.
