Seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator for a high growth aerospace contractor in the Hartford, CT area.
The Manufacturing Coordinator would be responsible for serving as a Level III Certified Contractor Coordinator to manage on-site vendors, coordinate planned maintenance (PM) routines, and schedule service work directly with Cell leaders. Updating databases, generating reports, and creating PM orders in SAP, while generating purchase orders and monitoring Blanket PO balances in ARIBA.

responsibilities:
- Vendor & Service Management: Serve as a Level III Certified Contractor Coordinator to manage on-site vendors, coordinate planned maintenance (PM) routines, and schedule service work directly with Cell leaders.
- System & Administrative Maintenance: Update databases, generate reports, and create PM orders in SAP, while generating purchase orders and monitoring Blanket PO balances in ARIBA.
- EHS & Compliance Operations: Maintain machine data and Management of Change (MOCs) in EH&S Smart, conduct regular safety walks and inspections, and enforce compliance with OSHA, Pratt & Whitney, and vendor safety standards.
- Permitting & Coordination: Coordinate directly with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and the Fire Department to secure required work permits.
- Equipment Lifecycle & Setup: Oversee "Right to Run" protocols, labeling, equipment disposal, and utility ordering for new and existing machinery.
- Tracking & Documentation: Maintain the contracted work list and schedule calendar while ensuring contractors submit Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and training matrices 48 hours prior to work commencement.
- General Support: Provide miscellaneous administrative assistance and perform other support services as requested.
