Join Our Client's EPIC Center as a Metrology Operator in Santa Clara, CA the US's largest advanced R&D hub, to accelerate AI-era chip innovation. Requires a tech degree, 1+ yrs exp (or 5+ in fab), & hands-on equipment skills to run/qualify tools.

responsibilities:
- Operate and qualify assigned semiconductor processing equipment (including Metrology, PVD, CVD, and Etch) within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.
- Support process demonstrations for internal and external customers while safely adhering to cleanroom and hazardous material protocols.
- Compile and update precise process data, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
- Track tool performance and production by inputting real-time metrics into operational tracking databases.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including compressed or augmented work weeks, to meet dynamic client and R&D requirements.
