responsibilities:
- Establish design requirements and produce construction documents for complex manufacturing tool installations, tenant improvements, and core utility infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop detailed designs and layouts for wet and dry piping, HVAC, exhaust, fire suppression, equipment layouts, and process chemical or gas systems.
- Execute comprehensive technical engineering tasks including engineering calculations, equipment selection, component sizing, and drafting technical specifications.
- Provide vital engineering support during construction to facilitate the successful retrofit and integration of complex systems into a densely packed cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with Our Client's stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to coordinate design packages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
