Join our client, a top energy leader committed to safety, reliability, and sustainability, as a Senior Project Scheduler in either Duluth, MN, or Edina, MN. We are seeking a Primavera P6 expert with over 10 years of experience in complex construction planning to drive execution on major, multiyear projects.

responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain realistic, highly complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, and resource loading.
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to monitor project health, ensuring accurate reporting of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Earned Value curves.
- Ensure contractor schedules are properly integrated into the master plan, tracking actual progress to accurately forecast remaining durations, milestones, and final completion dates.
- Apply practical field experience and conduct detailed what-if scenario analyses to identify schedule risks, formulate recovery plans, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Serve as the senior planning authority, collaborating with project managers, construction leads, and controls supervisors to transparently report schedule health and options.
