Seeking a Production Manager for the Swing Shift (2p to 1030p) for a high growth chemical manufacturing client in the Fremont, CA area.
The Production Manager would be responsible for supervising, assigning, and prioritizing work for chemical operators and shift personnel. Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:
- Enforce EHS compliance, lead safety meetings, and respond to emergency incidents.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Supervise, assign, and prioritize work for chemical operators and shift personnel.
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor DCS systems, equipment, and workflows to hit daily production targets.
- Direct swing shift operations and support Synthesis and Paste production.
- Resolve process and equipment issues alongside maintenance, lab, and technical teams.
- Maintain detailed batch records and logs for smooth cross-shift handoffs.
