responsibilities:
- Inspect Materials & Components: Perform thorough inspections and sampling of incoming raw materials, machined parts, and active assembly lines using precision measuring instruments and GD&T principles.
- Document Quality & NCRs: Maintain precise inspection records, complete order documentation, and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) immediately upon identifying defects.
- Monitor Critical Equipment: Track and monitor key testing equipment and instrumentation to guarantee adherence to rigorous safety standards and industry quality requirements.
- Collaborate & Resolve Issues: Partner closely with production teams and management to clearly communicate inspection findings, troubleshoot methods, and execute effective corrective actions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing quality initiatives to streamline manufacturing efficiency and uphold superior product standards for Our Client.
