responsibilities:
- Provide manufacturing engineering support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical control panels and automation hardware for Our Client.
- Resolve real-time manufacturing-floor electrical and signal issues to minimize downtime, defects, rework, and production risk.
- Maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) while executing approved engineering change controls.
- Manage component obsolescence and replacement activities while driving continuous improvements in electrical assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain compliance with electrical safety codes (UL 508A, NFPA 79, NEC).
