World wide Aerospace leader in San Diego, CA is looking for a Engineering Program Manager for a full time direct hire role. Position will manage 4-5 projects at any given time and will provide expertise in installation and integration of non-conventional machinery. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience manufacturing engineering and project management within the aerospace industry. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates and is bonus eligible.

responsibilities:
- Define project charters, baselines, and initial RFQs
- Leverage technical expertise to resolve complex repair challenges, manage risks, and coach cross-functional support teams
- Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor budget, and implement recovery plans for any plan deviations
- Deliver routine progress updates, manage scope changes, and maintain complete project documentation
- Build alignment across internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and delivery on project obejectives
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Ability to work 4-5 projects at once
- Experience interating and/or installing non-conventional machinery
- Medical, dental, 401K, PTO and bonus eligible
