- Guide and Empower: Lead a three-person accounting team responsible for lease accounting, accruals, and allocations.
- Ensure Financial Integrity & Compliance: Safeguard assets via balance sheet reconciliations, maintain strict SOX compliance, and execute ASC 842 lease accounting.
- Facilitate Corporate Reporting: Support the SEC reporting process through footnote disclosures and ensure internal and external audit requests are prepared accurately.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including team management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and ASC 842 operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (MBA or CPA, alongside SAP/BlackLine experience, is preferred).
- The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize workloads under accelerated deadlines.
- Compensation & Type: Highly competitive pay at $70/hour for a contract position.
- Schedule & Location: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully remote.
