How You Will Make an Impact Instead of just crunching numbers, you will architect financial clarity and drive continuous improvement:

• Analyze & Optimize: Perform critical month-end account analyses, reconciliations, and journal entry postings to secure assets.
  
  
• Lead Cost Accounting: Manage manufacturing variance capitalization, evaluate excess and obsolete (E&O) reserves, and conduct gross margin analyses.
  
  
• Innovate Systems: Spearhead user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition and modernized workflows.
  
  

What You Bring to the Team We value your expertise. Our ideal candidate brings:

• Essential: 8+ years of related accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a Master’s, 3 years with a PhD).
  
  
• Essential: Deep knowledge of US GAAP and the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002.
  
  
• Essential: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and exceptional attention to detail.
  
  
• Preferred: Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) and an active CPA certification.
  
  
• Mindset: A proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
