responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, monitoring compliance while maximizing job-site safety.
- Required to manage all financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs and must ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope creep or gaps.
- Must prioritize effective and continuous communication with client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams including weekly subcontractor meetings.
- Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders
- Ensure complaince with applicable Labor Agreements.
