responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for productivity, efficient resource allocation, and contractual execution by reviewing scopes, plans, cost codes, and schedules alongside the Project Manager.
- Provide crucial technical, manpower, and methodology input during the estimating process while continuously supplying the main office with accurate daily field reports and percentage-complete updates.
- Lead project safety as a champion by conducting regular huddles and meetings, actively enforcing safety rules, and issuing violations whenever necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, architects, subcontractors, and team members while effectively handling all labor relations and jurisdictional disputes.
- Maintain complete and updated project documentation, including specifications, as-builts, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and daily logs.
