responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain optimal production methods, standards, tooling, and equipment to ensure stable, efficient manufacturing operations.
- Identify, implement, and standardize process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and ergonomics principles to enhance plant safety, quality, and cost performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct manufacturing design reviews, support prototype builds, and manage manpower requirements for new products.
- Evaluate workforce placement, analyze assembly data, and develop accurate production standards using predetermined time systems (MCTM/MOST).
- Deliver hands-on engineering support, lead technical programs, and mentor other Manufacturing Engineers to achieve plant operational goals.
