responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for new tooling and industrial equipment installations and upgrades.
- Source suppliers, negotiate cost-effective contracts and pricing, and oversee vendor compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Direct the testing, installation, and commissioning of industrial equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor project costs, mitigate risks, and deliver regular status reports to management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and maintenance teams using lean principles to validate performance and handover equipment to operations.
