responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-discipline transmission and substation project plans.
- Direct cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to evaluate viable project alternatives.
- Monitor and manage essential project controls, including safety, environmental compliance, scheduling, cost estimates, and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate, execute, and administer critical agreements with customers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Support the strategic development and administration of Our Client's business unit ten-year capital investment plan.
