responsibilities:
- Develop Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection checklists, and Q-gates for critical power distribution products (PDU, STS, UPS).
- Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY) metrics and COPQ to reduce defects, optimize efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- Conduct root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, FMEA) on customer complaints and defects to implement robust corrective action plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during customer audits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and regulatory certifications (UL, CSA, ISO).
- Map manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities while supporting assembly and high-voltage test area quality standards.
