responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection checklists, CTQ parameters, and Q-gates to ensure product excellence.
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) metrics and perform COPQ analyses to drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and cost savings.
- Proactively analyze customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses (8D, 5Why, FMEA), and implement robust corrective action plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during customer audits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and industry certification audits (UL, CSA, ISO).
- Map manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities and serve as a technical QA consultant to senior management and key customers.
