responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise for manufacturing automation, performing PI data analysis and DeltaV code troubleshooting to resolve equipment breakdowns and quality issues.
- Represent the Controls group on cross-functional teams, assisting with tech transfers, system upgrades, and continuous process improvements for Our Client.
- Initiate and execute change controls, complete change request lot assessments for lot release, and maintain cGMP documentation using Kneat.
- Review and revise SOPs, Functional Specifications, and work instructions to guarantee reliable, safe, and fully compliant manufacturing operations.
