responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain project costs at the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level including control budgets, commitments, incurred costs, and forecasts using EcoSys and Excel.
- Perform earned value measurements and engage directly with Project Managers to anticipate forecast impacts, review transactions, and reforecast project costs.
- Prepare timely project change orders in accordance with PMO standards and execute monthly close processes to deliver accurate capital cost estimates and reports.
- Partner and liaise with Project Managers, Field Cost Analysts, and the broader controls team to maintain alignment on project progress, risks, and changes.
- Structure and maintain project WBS to facilitate cost control and meet accounting asset closeout requirements, while providing invoice coding guidance to Engineering Cost Associates.
