Our client, a leader in the medical device industry is looking for an Operations Quality Manager. Key qualifications include: 7-10 years of quality operations, calibrations of production controls and FDA regulations.
Minimum required Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science, or equivalent. is required.

responsibilities:
Strategic Operations & KPIs: Establishes operational work plans, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success, and helps develop company-wide policies.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implements quality assurance strategies, guides the review and approval of finished products, and manages manufacturing site inspections to guarantee regulatory compliance.
Supplier & Material Management: Oversees supplier qualifications, audits, and performance metrics while managing material qualifications and supplier process control plans.
Team Leadership & Talent Management: Manages the quality assurance team by driving recruitment, performance evaluations, compensation, and career development.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Leads product recall procedures to ensure consumer safety and utilizes extensive professional expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
qualifications:
Minimum required Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR a minimum of 3 years of experience with a Master's degree in areas such as Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Audit, Compliance Coordination, Warehouse Operations, or equivalent.
