Join Our Client, a premier industry innovator! Seeking a Construction Manager at Phoenix, AZ with 5-7 years of experience, a Business degree, and PMP preferred to direct high-impact engineering and tech projects.

responsibilities:
- Direct detailed project plans, integrate technical activities, and align cross-functional teams toward key deliverables.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff while promoting ongoing professional competence and team growth.
- Analyze technology and market demand to assess project feasibility, review contracts, and approve cost estimates.
- Present proposals, reports, and key findings clearly to clients and executive leadership.
- Partner with production and marketing staff to establish seamless project specifications and procedures.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field, with PMP or PMI certification preferred.
5 to 7 years of construction management experience overseeing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or datacenter projects.
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection) and proficiency with project management software.
