Great Client is seeking a Beverage Product Development Specialist. In this role you will Partner with Product Development leads and the Manager of Beverage Science to support the successful product launches of new and cutting-edge products. You will aid with technical needs across liquid formulation, lab analytics, appliance KPI testing, and cross-functional launch coordination.

responsibilities:
- Perform daily wet chemistry testing (pH, TA, Brix, Flashpoint) and run stability/shelf-life testing protocols.
- Assist with small-batch beverage development, formula creation, line extensions, and cost-reduction (value engineering) trials.
- Coordinate taste-test panels, gather consumer feedback, and report action items to cross-functional teams.
- Managing internal technical testing and stability testing for all products in development.
- KPI testing, product definition, and spec setting across prototype iterations.
- Coordination and execution of consumer research activities with internal and external testers in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team.
- Manage sample preparation, bottling, and coordination to support upcoming retailer meetings and sales demonstrations.
- Assist in compiling analytical and testing data required for the new product claims substantiation process
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience as a Beverage Quality Control (QC) or R&D Lab Technician.
- Demonstrated hands-on laboratory or R&D experience in food/beverage product development.
- Proficient in setting up, calibrating, and operating standard lab testing equipment (pH meters, refractometers, autotitrators).
- Direct experience running analytical measurements for Brix, pH, and Titratable Acidity (TA).
- Detail-oriented, strong organization for sample/data tracking, and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced lab environment
