responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, testing methods, and evaluation procedures across all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Lead supplier quality control activities, including purchase order reviews, MRB scrap processing, and corrective action resolutions.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison with customers and government regulatory agencies such as the FAA and DCMA.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits, disposition non-conforming materials, and evaluate product reliability data.
- Provide technical quality assistance, generate training materials, and coordinate FAA certified Repair Station activities.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, with eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing role, ideally within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of measurement systems, statistical analysis, root cause problem-solving, and interpreting complex technical data.
