job summary:
A Project Coordinator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization. The Project Coordinator is responsible for helping to optimize manufacturing operations support by managing key administrative functions, budget processes, and system data.
Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, alongside at least two years of administrative experience. Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Preferred qualifications include experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS/Cornerstone), budget administration, and procurement software like SAP/Ariba or Power BI. This is a long-term contract role and our client is only seeking local talent currently.

responsibilities:
· Manage department Purchase Orders (POs), track budget items, process invoices, and generate financial reports using Excel and Ariba
· Maintain training rosters, schedule classes, and manage administrative data entry in The Learning Center (TLC) LMS
· Handle daily office logistics, including room scheduling, office supply inventory, meeting coordination, and scheduling translators
· Maintain and structure NAPSC Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and related operational data systems
· Identify and propose workflow enhancements, automation, and efficiency solutions using tools like Power Apps or Power Automate
· Coordinate employee onboarding activities and assist in organizing key annual

Education: Associate Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
