Seeking a Sr Data Management Analyst for a high growth DoW development and engineering client in the Cypress, CA area.
The Data Management Analyst would be responsible for working closely with cross-functional engineering, program management, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure data meets stringent defense and aerospace standards (EIA-649 / MIL-STD) throughout the system development lifecycle. Experience with Configuration Management, Aerospace/Space Engineering, Empower is highly desired.

responsibilities:
- Data Governance: Enforce data management standards, SOPs, and compliance across operational and technical systems.
- CDRL/SDRL Deliverables: Track, submit, and archive all DoD contract data deliverables in compliance with government rules.
- Configuration Management: Maintain technical baselines, ECPs, and revision controls in enterprise PLM/ERP tools (e.g., Windchill, SAP).
- Data Quality & ETL: Manage data validation, cleansing, and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy across databases and reporting tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build SQL queries and Power BI/Tableau dashboards to track program metrics, risk, and deliverable status.
- Cross-Functional Audit: Partner with Engineering, PMs, and DoD stakeholders to validate supplier data and technical data packages (TDPs).
- Compliance & Audits: Lead internal and external data audits adhering to FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR regulations.
