We are searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support energy construction projects including power generation and midstream oil and gas facilities.
This is a fully remote, long term contract position that could lead to a direct hire position.

responsibilities:
- Mechanical design of energy construction facilities and systems from inception through to delivery.
- Perform engineering analysis and calculations, serve as the mechanical lead on projects, develop reports, interface with clients, and provide guidance to more junior personnel.
- Produce details for project specifications and develop design requirements for projects.
- Perform modifications to computer aided design (CAD) and drafting functions to assist in completion of project deliverables.
- Work with CAD designers to develop drawing packages suitable for project construction.
qualifications:
BSME
6+ years of experience with mechanical engineering for either power generation or Oil&Gas construction projects
Ability to develop very detailed P&ID's.
P.E Preferred, but not required
