This role will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality and customer standards and that defects are investigated and corrected. This is a direct hire role with the opportunity to grow.

- Ensure strict compliance with AS9100 and internal operating procedures
- Develop lean-focused quality procedures, testing methods, and inspection standards
- Lead root-cause investigations and resolve CARs, NCRs, and non-conformances
- Perform internal/external audits and drive findings to resolution
- Review engineering changes, manufacturing planning, and purchase orders for quality requirements
qualifications:
Quality experience in a ISO 9100 manufacturing environment
Experience using a QMS
