Join Our Client, a global leader in smart building solutions! We seek an experienced Facilities Manager with budget management, CMMS expertise, and contract execution skills to manage day-to-day operations at the Howard County Circuit Courthouse.

responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle planning for the Howard County Circuit Courthouse.
- Develop and track operating budgets, financial forecasts, CMMS data, and KPIs to ensure complete contractual and financial alignment.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating transparently with stakeholders and effectively managing vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team committed to safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Review and implement operational procedures, administer contract documentation, and handle off-hour emergency responses as required.
qualifications:
Proven track record leading facility operations, managing operating budgets, and administering complex technical contracts.
Strong expertise with CMMS systems, reading blueprints and as-builts, vendor management, and preparing detailed financial and operational reports.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in stakeholder collaboration and team development.
