Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Lead in Chandler, AZ to join an industry pioneer delivering cutting-edge, sustainable design solutions. This position requires at least 10 years of experience, advanced proficiency in Revit, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of complex electrical design packages for advanced facilities, including semiconductor, industrial, and mission critical projects.
- Develop electrical power distribution, lighting, and grounding designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts across mechanical, structural, architectural, and process teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Review and approve design deliverables for technical quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coach and mentor junior designers while supporting workload forecasting and workflow efficiency.
qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Engineering or Design Technology preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant electrical design experience with advanced proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of the NEC.
Proven experience leading complex electrical design scopes and coordinating multidiscipline project packages, preferably in semiconductor or mission-critical environments.
