Join Our Client, a global supply chain leader! We need a Sourcing Specialist with a Bachelor's degree and procurement experience to drive strategic sourcing, manage key supplier relationships, and execute cost-saving initiatives.

responsibilities:
- Execute strategic sourcing tactics and conduct market, price, and supply chain cost analyses to optimize purchasing processes.
- Monitor project milestone tracking, address project delays, and establish recovery plans to ensure on-time execution across initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and the PMO to finalize approvals and validate cost-saving models.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, maintain compliance standards, and ensure end-to-end supply chain continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while monitoring performance and capacity to mitigate operational risks.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing procurement or supply chain projects and leading complex sourcing initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise negotiating supplier agreements and executing strategic commodity plans.
