Seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Specialist to execute hands-on mechanical pre-commissioning, startup, and operational testing for a simple cycle power project. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Per diem available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Pre-Commissioning & Flushing: Lead and verify mechanical line-ups, lube oil flushes, fuel gas line blows, air/steam blows, and hydro-testing for gas turbine skids, inlet/exhaust systems, and balance of plant (BOP).
- GE OEM & Field Coordination: Work directly with GE Technical Field Advisors (TFAs), construction leads, and field engineers to execute mechanical startup sequences across all 5 simple cycle units.
- Walkdowns & Punchlists: Conduct physical equipment walkdowns, verify LOTO boundary isolations, identify punchlist items, and audit EPC turnover packages prior to system handoff.
- Control System Support: Assist I&C and operations teams during valve stroking, loop checks, interlock testing, and initial firing evolutions (Mark VIe interface).
