Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent) to oversee on-site home construction, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role acts as the primary liaison managing subcontractors, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining direct, proactive communication with homebuyers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of residential construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to job site safety and zero-defect quality control.

responsibilities:
- Works to oversee the construction of homes on time and per schedule
- Coordinates and monitors critical dates, i.e. permit dates, corporate inspection dates, closing dates
- Manages and oversees the performance of all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
- Works to control costs via negotiating labor Variance Purchase Orders as necessary
- Holds trades accountable for maintaining schedules
- Strives to close homes with "0-Defects"
- Conducts Builder-homebuyer meetings as required
qualifications:
Minimum 5 years residential construction related experience
Knowledgeable in residential construction industry standards and techniques
Valid FL driver's license
