responsibilities:
- Perform daily Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis to support all BU process activities across Our Client.
- Upload TEM data accurately to the LIMS system.
- Collaborate directly with BU engineers to resolve a variety of process engineering challenges.
- Generate clear internal and external documentation for TEM production.
- Strictly adhere to Our Client's IP protocols, TEM lab safety procedures, and production SOPs.
qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate degree (or equivalent industry experience) in a related field, with a background in materials characterization (SEM/FIB/TEM is a plus).
Self-motivated teammate with creative problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and effective oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently while effectively leveraging guidance in complex engineering situations.
