responsibilities:
- Lead multi-office project execution while managing schedules, technical quality, scope, budgets, and earned value for assigned engineering tasks.
- Recognize, evaluate, and promptly communicate scope and design changes to project leadership.
- Execute piping engineering design, review vendor drawings, and construct detailed design estimates within interactive, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering technical growth and team purpose.
qualifications:
Associate's degree (AA) in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) or related technical degree with at least 15 years of piping design experience.
Advanced 2D/3D piping modeling proficiency in Hexagon Smartplant S3D, Autodesk Plant 3D, or similar software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams (Cincinnati, OH area preferred, open US remote).
