responsibilities:
Lead and manage the materials management team across planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics functions.

Ensure full compliance with aerospace standards, including AS9100, FAA requirements, and ITAR/EAR guidelines.

Optimize inventory levels and manage ERP/MRP systems to maintain data integrity and support production continuity.

Drive supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage complex supply chains and long lead-time components.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and lean material flows.

 
qualifications:
5+ years Material Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Management in Aerospace Industry
