We are searching for a Test and Compliance Manager in the St. Louis, MO area to work for a growing medical device company. Candidates should have experience with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance. Experience with Class 2 medical devices is preferred but not required.
This is a direct-hire role with benefits(Medical, Dental, PTO, etc.)

responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee product quality assurance, testing, regulatory compliance and post market surveillance programs.
- Maintain the documentation of process flows for the company to ensure products are tested efficiently and that the quality management system remains compliant with applicable regulatory bodies
- Develop, implement and maintain testing procedures and requirement and quality control processes for new and existing products
- Manage and supervise testing operations to meet production schedules and quality targets
- Analyze production and testing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement throughout
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems(QMS) and/or Regulatory Compliance in a regulated industry
Experience with FDA Regulations (21 CFR Part820) or ISO 13485 is preferred but not required
