Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Drive collections via phone and email, perform monthly account reconciliations, and review/release credit holds within policy.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex invoicing issues, including EDI failures and portal rejections; perform root-cause analysis to eliminate payment barriers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, AR Specialists, and the Credit Manager to resolve disputes and ensure accurate payment application.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries regarding account status and provide necessary documentation (PODs, credits, statements).
- Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts Receivable, collections, or cash application.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate financial scenarios to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives under deadlines and enjoys a collaborative team environment.
