Responsibilities
Job Functions:
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and interactive communication.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and informing customers of promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while following company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in customer support with strong communication, phone, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, documentation, and customer service best practices.
- strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adaptable, people-oriented, and able to engage with diverse personalities.
- Solid computer and technical proficiency.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
