Responsibilities
Open to someone with warehouse experience who wants to transition to an office role. No prior office experience is required, but the candidate must be willing to learn and proficient in Excel.
- Order Fulfillment & Documentation: Process pre-ship documentation and labels for trucking loads.
- Workflow Management: Receive purchase orders, fulfill them within the internal system to generate Bills of Lading (BOL), and coordinate document delivery to the warehouse team.
- Billing & Invoicing: Once orders have shipped, finalize the process by invoicing customers through the ERP system and customer web portals.
- Data Management: Maintain and update a high-volume Excel spreadsheet to track approximately 40+ new purchase orders daily.
- Digital Record Keeping: Scan and upload final shipping documents into the Company ERP system to ensure accurate digital records.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal warehouse staff and external customers via email and phone to resolve shipping or billing inquiries.
- System Maintenance: Update customer shipping addresses and correct any billing errors within the system as they arise.
