Responsibilities
Your Daily Impact
- Handling inquiries regarding group life, disability, and absence claims, including medical underwriting and coverage continuations
- Managing "First Notice of Loss" reports across multiple channels, ensuring new claims are initiated
- Resolving both standard and complex inquiries by liaising with internal and external partners
- Maintaining meticulous records and following strict risk and compliance protocols to ensure every interaction meets industry standards
- 6 months of call center or professional customer service experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Systems, and Call Center Metrics
- Proven ability to navigate through multiple systems and applications
- A basic understanding of the insurance industry and how risk management processes (Preferred)

- Earn a starting rate of $18/hr, with an increased rate of $19/hr for bilingual candidates.
- Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week with shifts scheduled during our standard hours of operation (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST)
