Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Forms Modernization
- Lead the Forms Modernization project: reviewing outdated materials, recording metadata into spreadsheets, and streamlining inventory by eliminating unnecessary forms.
- Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are accurately documented.
- Execute prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests (printing, punching, binding, assembling, sorting, and laminating).
- Perform pre-delivery quality control checks and maintain detailed activity logs for reporting.
- Conduct routine upkeep and basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and in-person communication.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a "customer-first" approach.
- Promptly escalate potential problems or site concerns to the supervisor.
- Attend cross-functional training to provide coverage during short-staffed periods.
- Adapt to changing site responsibilities and locations based on client and division needs.
