Responsibilities
- Modernize the Process: Bridge the gap between "old school" industry expertise and "new world" automation.
- Data Integrity: Assist in transitioning project data from traditional methods into repeatable, digital workflows to ensure total visibility for leadership.
- Standardization: Ensure every project—from a startup company to a 500-desk HQ—receives the same standard of automated reporting and real-time updates.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between Designers (aesthetics), General Contractors (schedules), and Clients (budget).
- Technical Fluency: Read blueprints and CAD floor plans to spot "clashes" (e.g., a desk layout blocking a power outlet or a modular wall interfering with HVAC).
- Project Coordination: Coordinate installation crews and sub-contractors, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and the client’s vision is realized.
- Punch List Mastery: Take total ownership of the final "punch list." You understand that a firm’s reputation is won or lost on the final minor adjustments, scratches, or missing parts.
- The "Cool Head": Maintain composure when elevators break, sites aren't ready, or shipments are delayed. You bring solutions to the PMs, not just reports of problems.
