Responsibilities

Seeking for a fast paced Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast paced dynamic entertainment team with the following skills: 

• Support full-cycle recruiting for internships and entry-level roles.
  
  
• Manage high-volume interview scheduling (Zoom, phone, in-person).
  
  
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  
  
• Assist with onboarding, candidate communication, and data tracking in Workday.
  
  
• Coordinate events and programming for campus talent.
  
  
• Be the go-between for hiring managers and candidates.
  
  

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year of administrative, HR, or coordination experience (fast-paced/client-facing preferred).
  
  
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  
  
• Customer service mindset and keen attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
  
  
• Experience with Workday or ATS a plus.
