Reporting to the Director of Operations who has 20 years of tenure with the firm, this role will focus heavily on managing the WRAP accounts and convertibles. Experience with Bloomberg AIM is a major plus! You will join a team of 4, 2 senior associates and 2 junior associates.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade and account operations. Responsibilities
- Settle and reconcile trades across a multi-asset portfolio.
- Support client reporting by providing accurate performance data and updates.
- Ensure daily accuracy of client accounts through systematic reconciliation.
- Own OMS trade entry and lifecycle management.
- Monitor trade flow, managing affirmations, confirmations, and cash movements.
- Troubleshoot trade fails and discrepancies in real-time.
- Optimize workflows by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
