We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. You will handle digital take-offs, vendor pricing, and bid packages for high-end interior projects. This role is based in the office, but you may also be needed at the shop to verify inventory and coordinate with our fabrication team. We offer $60,000 per year ($28.85/hr) plus performance bonuses. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Digital Take-offs: Use software to measure square footage for drywall, flooring, and specialty finishes.
  
  
• Vendor Relations: Reach out to suppliers to get the best pricing on materials.
  
  
• Bid Preparation: Help build the final proposal that we send to General Contractors and Clients.
  
  
• Scope Review: Walk through jobsites or review blueprints to ensure we aren’t missing any hidden costs.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–3 years in construction (either in the field or in an office role).
  
  
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Excel is a must; experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or OST is a huge plus.
  
  
• Detail Obsessed: You’re the kind of person who notices if a single door frame is missing from a 50-page blueprint.
  
  
• Math Skills: basic math and the ability to visualize 3D spaces from 2D drawings.
