This role is designed for a highly analytical professional with over 5 years of experience who thrives on solving complex data challenges. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, moving beyond traditional accounting to spearhead high-impact modeling and retention projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and ideally experience with Salesforce and Tableau.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to reconcile large datasets, identify discrepancies, and suggest data-driven solutions.
