Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new client accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic presentations.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and local economic shifts to position our services effectively.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a territory sales plan to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we are delivering top-tier talent that aligns with client expectations.
